Terms of Service

My Terms & Conditions are very simple and very clear.

Any participation in my service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. The user agrees that by the use of a FREE website template they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions herein.

My terms are quite simple and don't include any difficult conditions. The information below outlines my commitment to the services I offer a User and the User's commitment to me at MyWebsiteNZ.com. This Agreement shall be effective from the date a User first accesses my services and shall terminate on the date that either party decide, for whatever reason, to revoke this Agreement. The contractual relationship ends when the User is no longer availing itself of my services. Upon termination of this Agreement, the User shall no longer be permitted to use or access my services.

The NUMBER ONE REQUIREMENT of a User to qualify for a FREE website template is that the resulting website must be hosted on RADAR Network Services and the agreed contribution to hosting to be paid monthly or quarterly ❛in advance❜, whichever the User can manage. The contribution for each template style is noted on the ❝About... [each]style❞ page.

Conditions of this Agreement:

1. Hosting your website
❝Acceptance of my services indicates acceptance of hosting the resulting website on RADAR Network Services at the agreed amount.❞

2. Hosting contribution fee
There is no flat fee for contributing to hosting. The fee is determined by the size and features of the template style. The hosting contribution can be found on the about each style page.

3. Template ownership
Ownership of all currently in use and not in use templates remains the sole property of MyWebsiteNZ.com. If you decide you would like to leave my services that is perfectly fine, but you cannot take my template with you. All templates ownship is 100% owned and retained by MyWebsiteNZ.com. I'm sorry, please don't request taking my template with you when you go as a refusal may offend.

4. Information content ownership
Ownership of the information content of the website provided to MyWebsiteNZ.com by the User remains the sole property of the User. This can include but is not limited to designs, logo, and other content supplied by the User.

5. User Personal Information
User personal information provided to MyWebsiteNZ.com which can identify the User in the form of address, phone number, email address, is 100% protected and will NEVER be shared or sold to any third parties. This is my personal promise and guarantee to you.

6. Objectionable material
MyWebsiteNZ.com has sole discretion in accepting or denying a request from a User if MyWebsiteNZ.com deems the material ❝objectionable❞ in nature. This objection can arise from any material in the form of images and textural content requests. May I say, ❝I simply choose not to handle anything I deem objectionable in nature. No correspondence will be entered into in this case.❞

7. Future changes
From time to time MyWebsiteNZ.com may make changes to this Agreement, but not without notifying the User 14 days in advance of any proposed changes for User feedback.

8. Termination of this Agreement
If for any reason either party would like to terminate this Agreement a notice period of 24 hours is required to give MyWebsiteNZ.com time to remove the website from the hosting server. Any monies paid in advance past the date of termination will be refunded back to the User.
